For pick up in store:
Please wait for notification before picking up your order.
Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.
Business time: 11:00-5:00pm (Six days open one week, we only close on Tuesday and Holidays)
For local delivery in Montreal:
Estimated delivery time: within 2 days
For standard shipping:
Estimated shipping time: within 2~3 business days
For free shipping option:
Free shipping item is only for the buyers in Canada. Buyers in other country please contact us, we will send you the estimated shipping price.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving for a full refund. We do not accept return if its original packing box is opened.
Claims for missing item parts or damaged item must be received within two days of receipt of merchandise.
You may exchange a new item within 30 days of receipt if item is defective.
